Of working weekends, looking back and

Image result for renal biopsy

A weeks of ‘lasts’

Last renal biopsy as a registrar, last weekend cover as a registrar

Not really sinking in that my working life as a junior doctor is passing a significant milestone but one thing I was surprised about was dreaming about watching a video clip looking back on the year working with the team at Monash and choking up a bit.

Am thankful for the early break on Sunday, allowing me to catch up on my vaccine lit review at home and hopefully catching the Brissie International finals later – will be a first time for me watching Kei Nishikori for a whole match!

Am also really thankful to finish the year biopsying without a major bleed! Major confidence booster as I’ll be supervising the new cohort of registrars doing renal biopsies going forward!
